Cleaning: Remove loose mud and surface dirt using a soft-bristled brush or old toothbrush. Wipe down the mesh and TPU overlays with a damp cloth and mild, soapy water.

Washing: Do not machine wash or submerge fully in water, as this can break down the adhesives and structural components.

Drying: Pull out the removable OrthoLite insoles to dry separately and air dry at room temperature away from direct sunlight or artificial heat sources.
