Welcome to Superette!

These terms outline how we work together when you shop with us – online or in-store.

By purchasing from us, you’re agreeing to the terms below, so please take a moment to read through them.
1. Personalisation Guidelines
Because personalised products are custom-made just for you, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is deemed faulty by Superette (at our discretion).
Faults don’t include errors in personalisation made by the customer, so please double-check your order carefully before confirming.
  • Orders will not be processed if you don’t agree to these terms.
  • Maximum 3 characters per item (letters only, all uppercase).
  • Characters can be separated by periods, but no numbers or special characters.
  • Each monogram is $5.
  • We print exactly what you provide – so check your spelling carefully!
Once your order is placed, no changes can be made.
2. Your Account
To shop online and enjoy our offers, discounts and promotions, you’ll need to create an account. We ask that you provide accurate and current information. If the details you give us are found to be false or incomplete, we may need to suspend or cancel your account.
You’re responsible for keeping your account information and password secure. Please ensure no one else can access your account – any activity that happens under your login will be your responsibility.
3. Copyright
This website and all its content (text, graphics, images, data and software) belong to Superette (Bettys Empire Ltd.) and are protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.
  • You’re welcome to browse and shop, but you can’t copy or use any part of our website for personal or commercial purposes without permission.
  • All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
4. Trademarks
Superette and our logos are registered trademarks in New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. You can’t use these trademarks in any way that may confuse customers or damage the Superette brand.
5. Product Descriptions
We work hard to make sure our product descriptions are accurate, but minor errors can sometimes happen.
  • If you receive a product that isn’t as described, please return it in unused condition and we’ll happily offer you a refund, credit or exchange.
6. Pricing
All prices listed are full retail prices unless otherwise stated (e.g. sale items). Prices may be suggested by suppliers or estimated based on standard industry practice.
  • If we discover an error in pricing and the product was listed at a lower price than it should have been, we’ll contact you before shipping or cancel your order and let you know.
7. Payments
Superette is a trading name of Bettys Empire Ltd.

When you make a purchase, the name that will appear on your card statement is: “SUPERETTE”.
8. Using This Website
To use certain features of our online store, you’ll need to register an account with true and current information.
