How to use:
- Add the Green Apple, Cranberry and Grape sparkling cocktail infusion mix to a heatproof vessel with 400ml boiling water and 1 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste). Stir, let sit for up to 24 hours, then cool, cover, and refrigerate.
- Strain the mixture through a sieve into a jug, pressing the fruit gently. Store the syrup (fully strained) in the fridge for up to two months
- Rim your glass with lemon or lime and then roll the rim of your glass in your Apple sherbet rim glitter.
- Add gin if desired, top with sparkling wine, then slowly pour in ~50ml of the infusion. For a non-alcoholic version, swap the wine for soda.

Sparkling rim dust - Sugar, Freeze dried Apple powder, Citric Acid, Bicarbonate of Soda, Edible Glitter (Aluminium silicate (E559) Titanium dioxide (E171) Diiron trioxide (E172))
Can be stored in the fridge for up to two months, just make sure that you've strained out all of the solids.
