Always keep the waterproof casing securely closed before entering the water to protect the internal camera, rinse the outer casing with fresh water after ocean or pool use, then allow to air dry fully before opening, avoid exposure to extreme heat or direct sunlight for prolonged periods to preserve the film and camera housing.
