Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's how to sort it.

The basics

  • 14-day return window from date of purchase
  • Items must be unused, unworn, tags attached, in original packaging
  • Return fee: $7.95 NZD shipping fee + $10 restocking fee if refund
  • In-store: Free for store credit - $10 restocking fee for refund

What can be returned

Full price items — refund, store credit, or exchange

Sale or promotional items (including discount code purchases) — store credit or exchange only

Items discounted 50% or more — final sale, not returnable unless faulty

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on swimwear, intimates, earrings, beauty products, consumables, or face masks.

How to return

Online Start your return at superette.co.nz/pages/returns. Select your items, download your prepaid label ($17.95 deducted from your refund), and drop it at any NZ Post location.

In-store Bring your order confirmation and the item with tags attached to any Superette store. Returns in-store are free.

Refunds

Once we receive your return we'll inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded and restocking fees apply.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Place a new order first to secure stock, then submit your return for the item you're sending back.

Previously exchanged items aren't eligible for a refund — but you can return them for store credit or a new exchange.

Store credit

Store credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue and applied directly to your account.

Faulty items

Got a damaged or incorrect item? Hold off on sending anything back — get in touch with us first and we'll sort out the best solution for you.
